The Bosman farm community has a strong culture of cooperation and care, with active social clubs that focus on the development of skills and potential. These cultural additions include the Pensioners’ Club, the Adama Choir, a Women's Club, and a Men's Club. The Men's Club focuses on men's development and care, inviting motivational speakers, arranging exchange visits and competitions, and helping the elderly on the farm. The Women's Club focuses on the development of skills, care, and woman empowerment initiatives, facilitating workshops and camps and reaching out to those in need. The Pensioners' Club meets regularly for social and fitness activities and participates in outreach projects, while the renowned Bosman Adama Farm Choir performs regularly and impacts the lives of many with its energetic singing.
The Fairtrade Premium is an extra sum paid on every Fairtrade sale. Farmers and workers decide together how to spend it.
We have lived together, worked together and cared for each other on this farm for centuries, passing on values and skills from one generation to another, over and over again.
